Session Lengths: Our first session will be about 45-60 minutes, so we have the time to get to know each other and understand your goals. Every other session will be between 30-40 minutes. We all have busy lives, and I respect your time! We'll use a weekly check-in form to maximize our time together and ensure you get the most out of each session.

If my goals don't include weight loss, is this program right for me? Definitely! This program is designed to help you achieve overall wellness, not just weight loss.
